Built in 2017 with climate change in mind, the Inn also embraces the theme that natural air relieves stress, and stress combats wellness. Cooling for the Inn is provided by the breezes of the Fitches Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. If the breeze ever drops, a fan will take over the natural cooling.

Located in the heart of the tropical forest close to the fig tree road between English Harbour and Carlisle Bay, this cozy lovebird nest is a luxury wooden cabin graciously decorated with elegant furniture and the finest linens, with exquisite taste.

This is precisely how I want my house to be. Ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a private retreat, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

It’s somewhat isolated, but the owner lives just a 3-minute walk away from the house. There might be animals roaming in the surroundings, such as dogs, ducks, chickens, and two donkeys, which you might see every now and then, but they pose no threat to peace. The donkeys will help you to carry your luggage from the parking lot.

Please note that you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access the parking lot, and then there is a 3-minute walk to the cabin.

Louise was the right amount of there when you needed her but not intrusive. And the cottage was a lovely, comfortable retreat. Visited Villa Sunset for 7 days for a birthday celebration. This Villa was wonderful, it had gated security, an alarm system, and a gated property, so my 5 friends and I felt safe the entire time. The villa was gorgeous and clean. Everyone that I met associated with the villa were some of the nicest people I have met. Marc is very responsive, and when there is something wrong, he is quick to fix it. Don’t hesitate on this booking you wont regret it.

A/C is not needed, as the high level of insulation keeps the Whispering Palms Beach cottage cool year-round. The east-facing bedroom features sliding doors and offers beautiful views of the garden. The powerful, yet silent “HUNTER” ceiling fan provides additional cooling comfort.

The cottage includes an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), an indoor as well as an outdoor dining area, a comfortable living room with a Cable TV / DVD Player, and an additional front porch with a sitting area.

Please take note that from mid-November to mid-May, the owners will be occupying the main house and therefore, in order to protect their privacy, the swimming pool will not be part of the rental package. It is not a large apartment, but it is perfectly suited for a couple, and access to the beach is as advertised. We got to know our hosts a bit and they are charming and interesting people.

It’s located between the Verandah Resort and the popular and stunning Long Bay Beach, one of Antigua’s most beautiful snorkeling beaches, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

The large bathroom includes a rain shower with hot water.

The large studio room is designed to enjoy the excellent views of the surrounding nature. There are no glass windows, so you control the breeze by simply adjusting the shutters.

The best part of this cozy studio is the veranda from where you can enjoy great views of the bay with its marine life and the cooling breeze while relaxing in the hammocks.

From the jetty, you might see stingrays and various fish passing by during the day. At night, the jetty is an ideal spot for stargazing.

A lovely cat is living around the cottage, but you can lock it outside if you don’t want its company.

GUEST REVIEW -This property was everything I needed for a solo, relaxing vacation! The property is gorgeous and quiet. Long Bay beach is less than a 5-minute walk, but being able to get right in the water from the jetty was awesome. The hosts were great and communicated easily and quickly. They even gave me snorkeling gear so I could snorkel around! 10/10 would recommend, and if I come back to Antigua, this is 100% where I would be staying
