Built back in the 19th century, The Driskill is a Hyatt Unbound Collection Hotel with a facade that makes it stand out even in the buzz of the state capital and its live music scene.
But the hotel also offers unparalleled amenities to go along with its unique look and historic vibe. Modern and spacious rooms here feature all the modern facilities that Hyatt hotels are known for, along with room service.

While we’re on the topic of glamping, El Cosmico is definitely one of the unmissable places for it in Texas – and it’s also a unique place to stay for a variety of reasons.
The first reason is definitely the kind of experience it offers, which is lodging on a 21-acre campground in the quaint town of Marfa.
Accommodation options include apartments, vintage trailers, safari tents, teepees, and yurts. Each one of these lodgings offers a different experience, but the facilities are equally modern and comfy in them.
The site also features a hammock grove, hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and a stage for entertainment events.
Marfa itself is also a pretty unique destination with lots of art galleries and other attractions, many of which are close to El Cosmico. And if you’re up for a thrilling way to explore them, the hotel has bike rentals on offer.

The unique thing about the hotel is its fairytale atmosphere, reminiscent of stories like Snow White and Rapunzel. The cottages are designed similarly and there’s a frog pond and garden to top it off.

Located in a very green and secluded spot in Waco, The Anchor is a holiday home nestled in an intimate cargo container.
On the outside, it looks like a tiny box – but there’s plenty of space inside, with an air-conditioned bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The furnishings and decor also make it feel very homelike and comfy, and the CargoHome also has a rooftop patio that you will absolutely love for its serene atmosphere.
Complimentary amenities here include wireless internet, private parking, a shared firepit, bed linen, toiletries, and kitchen supplies like coffee, cream, and sugar.
Comfortable and affordable hotel! The roof top was really fun for coffee in the morning and a chill spot in the evening!

Well-appointed rooms here feature modern comforts and the room service is really good as well. Suites come with extra spaces like living rooms and private terraces.
There’s also the two-bedroom penthouse of the hotel for a truly lavish stay in the city center of Dallas. It has all the amenities I mentioned before, plus a library, dining room, and a kitchen.
A rooftop pool with city views, a gym, and a spa, as well as two restaurants (Italian and Texan), two cafes, and a basement bar are also part of the amenities at The Joule.

Just the outdoor pool area of this resort is 10 acres in size, featuring a lazy river, swimming pool, and a poolside bar – so you can imagine the grandness of the whole property.
The rooms and suites are equally spacious and lavish, with world-class amenities and contemporary designs. Accessibility features are available in many of them and room service is provided in each.
For your food cravings, you can choose from a huge variety of onsite restaurants, including a steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and Tex-Mex eatery.
A huge atrium spanning 5 acres in size, a state-of-the-art spa, fitness center, jogging tracks, a garden, and a dedicated nightclub with event spaces, 2 bars, and a deck are all part of the amenities of the resort.
The front desk is available round-the-clock, private parking is onsite for the guests, and the hotel WiFi works throughout the premises. It’s hands down one of the coolest places to stay in Texas.

The city has a ton of history, including the oldest dance hall and bakery of Taxes, and a number of other landmarks.
New Braunfels’ German influence is also very evident today in its 10-day Wurstfest festival dedicated to the history of sausage manufacturing here as well as in its Gruene Historic District.

The Alamo is a historic Spanish mission in the very center of the city and it’s now one of the most popular attractions of the city. Similarly, the Riverwalk of San Antonio makes for one of the most unique attractions in town.
Many more such attractions, landmarks, and highlights dot the city. What’s more, San Antonio also has a number of amusement parks and an impressive collection of art galleries lending it a mesmerizing allure.
The shopping and nightlife scene of the city is also pretty lively and there are many outdoor activities that you can enjoy here as well.
