But it is also a fantastic choice to experience warm Irish hospitality and have a cozy stay after exploring the area, especially in winter’s rainy and cold weather.

Kieltys of Kerry Bed and Breakfast is about 15 km from O’Connell Memorial Church, while Skellig Experience Centre is 22 km away.

This is where I stayed and I enjoyed my cozy room. The only critique I have about this B&B is the instant coffee they have for breakfast and the small breakfast room that doesn’t have enough tables for all the guests.
Other than that, the owners are lovely and they offer many useful information on hikes and things to do to make your stay more enjoyable.
Located just half a kilometer from the renowned Gap of Dunloe mountain pass, The Ferris Wheel B&B offers a prime location and a range of amenities and services.
In fact, The Ferris Wheel B&B offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the area’s natural beauty through scenic jaunting car tours of the Gap.
Also, the B&B is conveniently located a 15-minute car ride away from Killarney’s center, train station, and bus station.
For those seeking entertainment and dining options, Kate Kearney’s Cottage is a mere five-minute walk away, offering delicious Irish cuisine complemented by live traditional music and Irish dancing.
Within just a 10-minute drive, guests can explore the breathtaking Lakes of Killarney and enjoy a round of golf at one of the two nearby golf courses.
