Autocamp Yosemite

The luxurious Autocamp, immerse in lush vegetation, only 1-hour ride from the Yosemite National park, offers different kinds of elegant accommodations, although the guests’ favorite one seems to be the finely furnished Air stream.

The entire complex feels rustic and modern at the same time, with wooden furniture and minimal stylish decor, which perfectly blends with the natural scenery of the outdoor space.

Despite being immersed in nature you are at a close distance to bar and nice restaurants and, most of all, at an easy reach to the main natural attractions for beautiful hikes such as Merced Briceberg River,  Yosemite National Park, Half Dome, and Glacier Point.

Bothe Napa Valley Campground

If you wish to take a break from wine tasting, the obvious attraction of the exquisite Napa Valley, you can enjoy a half or full-day hikes round Bothe Campground. You will appreciate fantastic views of redwoods and the surrounding area from the coyote peak. But there are over 10 miles of hiking trails nestled among the redwoods, maples, oaks, and madrone. The Redwoods hiking trail is the most popular, though.

You should stop by the visitor center located in the 1860s Tucker House, and learn about the park’s first homestead families, learn about the trails and pick up your maps. The available yurts are very simple and basic but equipped with comfortable beds.

Although the camp is open all year round, the swimming pool is available only  in the summer.

Boon hotel and spa

Located in Guerneville, 1.8 km from Pee Wee Golf and Arcade, Boon hotel + spa is a perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the surrounding area, hiking, or cycling, not to mention that Porter Bass Winery is at only 7 km.

Is not properly a glamping spot per se. I reckoned it was a bit of a stretch to include it here. However they do have a Caravan within the property that you can rent, besides the regular rooms. So I thought it would do.

Vegetarian and gluten-free breakfast options are available every morning at the hotel.
