This book together with The Power of Vulnerability has been a breakthrough in my life and I wished I had this enlightenment when I was at college. I would have certainly respond to life quests in a very different way. I would suggest that anyone who is questioning about his/her own ability in achieving anything in life should read these books.
Brene' Brown 15 years of study on vulnerability has been enclosed and brought to our understanding in a simple and hilarious way through the book "The power of vulnerability" and it has been taken to a further stage with this next book "Rising strong". Here Dr Brown will tell us how to get back up when we stumble and fall, reconfirming how the power of emotions that will lead us to more creativity, more ability to love and be loved and more productivity. Therefore we are not afraid anymore of being seen in discomfort and failure, because that only means that we dared jump towards a fulfilled life.
The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough often enough, we will fall. As Brene' Brown writes, struggle can be our greatest call to courage, and rising strong our clearest path to deeper meaning, wisdom, and hope.
