Even though this home has only one review and is not really flattering I didn’t believe it and include it in my list. It’s too cute to leave it out.
A lovely pink house with spectacular views and a cozy interior design with red bricks walls (my favorite part) and lovely pieces of furniture. You will truly feel like in a dollhouse.
Everything is looked after in every little detail and you will enjoy this place to relax after a day exploring or even if you have to stay at home to work.
The beachfront patio is also a great addition to this place, with lots of comfortable seating with an umbrella for shade so you can just relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the light breezes.

Please keep in mind that although the boat is comfortable and fully equipped, it’s still a boat and therefore lacking the same comfort and amenities that a hotel room would have. For example, the water pressure can be low.
If you keep that in mind and lower your expectation you will have an incredible experience at a low cost.

You can use a private entrance and your own private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two smart TV’s with free Netflix. One free parking spot in front of the apartment, more parking available in the neighborhood. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.
To keep in mind if you stay over Thursday night, Newport Beach has Street sweeping Friday mornings so you can’t leave the car parked there. A good opportunity to explore the surroundings.
